 A Roof You Pass Down.

That’s what “heirloom” means — something built to last long enough that the next generation gets to keep it. That’s the standard we hold ourselves to.

WHY HEIRLOOM

Kevin Barton started Heirloom Roofing in Claremore, Oklahoma

because he was tired of watching homeowners get burned by two kinds of roofers:

1. The ones who put on the cheapest possible roof and disappeared

2. The ones who charged premium money but didn’t actually do the work that justified it

There wasn’t a roofer in this region who inspected before they quoted, installed at NRCIA-certified standards, and stood behind the work in writing — all three. So we built one.

The name “Heirloom” isn’t about looking quaint. It’s a literal description of what a roof is supposed to be:

a long-life, well-documented part of the home that the buyer of the home in 25 years will be glad somebody installed correctly.

Kevin has spent years on roofs across the four-state region. He’s NRCIA-certified, and the reason Heirloom does written inspections, properly registered manufacturer warranties, and a real workmanship warranty in writing.

What This Looks Like With Heirloom

  • Inspect before we quote. $300, written, photo-documented. No “free inspection” sales call. (How a real inspection works)
  • Install at NRCIA-certified standards. Synthetic underlayment, ice & water shield placed properly, all flashing replaced, ventilation balanced.
  • Register the manufacturer warranty correctly. Most cheap roofers skip this step. The warranty is void without it.
  • Issue a written workmanship warranty. The New Warranty — leak-free, transferable, in plain English.
  • Document everything for insurance and resale. Real paperwork, not promises.
  • Stay reachable. When the next storm hits, we still answer the phone.
